Past Pupil Ambassador Geraldine Byrne Nason visits her Alma Mater Greenhills.


Today the school community of Greenhills welcomed one of their own to the school. Ambassador Geraldine Byrne Nason visited Greenhills . She was accompanied by Sgt Patrick Hodgins and Aoife Erraught.

The school choir and orchestra performed and Head Girl Beth Reilly and Deputy Head Girl Gillian Fox spoke to the school.Sarah Kudelic spoke to the students also.A video was shown on the work of Ireland in the UN and a presentation was made on the role of the defence forces in the UN. The ambassador presented a flag and a copy of the UN charter to Ms Mulvihill.

The school choir and a troop of dancers were outstanding in their concluding act.

The students were inspired by the ambassador and were delighted to see a past pupil refer to her love of the school and Drogheda. She spoke warmly of the teachers who inspired her and she certainly has inspired us all to continue to work to achieve in 2019.
