Physical Education

Physical Education

Introduction

We, as physical educators, are committed to the teaching of PE to the very highest of standards, cognisant of the fact that the skills learned in PE have an application throughout the curriculum and beyond it into the world of life and work.

We aim to educate our students, develop healthy bodies and promote a positive attitude towards lifetime physical activity and fitness. With a quality physical education program in place, each student will be empowered with the knowledge and skills necessary to make responsible lifestyle choices that directly impact his/her health and well-being.
